Paris has had some great local golfers, too.  A. B. (Bull) Hancock, Jr. was one of them.  Other Bourbon Countians who were extremely good at the game were Nick Nickolas, Zeke Clay, and Sanghai SIngleton.  These golfers go back a lot of years.  The Club has very fine, young golfers today, as well.

Stoner Creek is proud of its rich heritage as one the older golf courses in Kentucky.  Stoner Creek offers a well maintained course that is challenge to all handicaps, with full amenities, locker room, showers, Pro-Shop, Lounge, Dining Room as well as party and catering.  Come by and we will give you a tour.

The 9-hole “Stoner Creek” course at the Stoner Creek Country Club Inc facility in Paris, Kentucky features 2,881 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35 . The course rating is 34.5 and it has a slope rating of 114.  Stoner Creek golf course opened in 1924.
